The staff at the reception are like language superheroes! They spoke Arabic, English, Spanish, and Portuguese with such ease that I felt like I was in an international linguistic contest. The language barrier was no match for them, and they made me feel welcomed and understood throughout my stay.
Limited shared bathrooms.

You'll love the central location of this hostel, with shops, restaurants, and cafes just steps away. The comfortable beds, fresh linen, and clean bathrooms ensure a great night's sleep. Enjoy the authentic view of the mosque and mountains from the large balcony. Don't miss the delicious breakfasts and the attentive service from the owner, who goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. Plus, you'll have easy access to transport options for exploring the stunning sights of Wadi Rum and Petra.
One downside is the lack of big hostel vibes, but the homely atmosphere helps make up for it.

The owner of this hostel is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that guests are comfortable. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the rooms come with balconies that offer a view of the street. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the bus station and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. I never felt the need to take a taxi or rent a car. Plus, the owner even offered to give me a ride if I wanted to go somewhere far, only asking for the fuel cost.
While the bed was comfortable, I found the pillow to be very hard, which didn't provide the best sleep. the bathroom was typical of the Arab style, but it would have been nice to have a shower cabin to ensure a drier floor.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at Pizza Street Hostel. Sabri, the owner, treated me like family from the moment I arrived. His hospitality was top-notch, and he went out of his way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The hostel's location was perfect, close to everything I needed - the beach, bus stop, and downtown souk. The rooms were clean and the atmosphere was friendly, making it easy to make new friends and enjoy great moments together. Sabri also provided various activities and helped me find the best deals. Breakfast was different every day and included tasty local dishes. I highly recommend this place for its value, location, and excellent service.
Totally recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Pizza Street Hostel in Aqaba are cozy and comfortable, with a homely vibe that made me feel instantly at ease. I loved the fact that some rooms come with a balcony where I could sit and enjoy the view. The shared bathroom with a shower was always clean and easily accessible. The dormitory room I stayed in had a balcony, microwave, and air conditioning, which were all great additions. Having a fridge in the room was also convenient for storing snacks and drinks.
While I enjoyed my stay, I personally found the lack of a safety deposit box a bit inconvenient. However, I understand that this might not be an issue for everyone and it didn't significantly affect my overall experience.
